On Tuesday, Jo Groves who runs the Gardening Club along with myself, Mrs Davidson and Miss Dowell spent the whole day covering the chippings in the back garden with blue slate, so that the children from the gardening Club could begin planting bulbs. It took us a long time with only spades and buckets and we were all aching at the end of the day. Ali and Charlie's mum also helped with the weeding and brought us welcome cups of tea. Thankyou. The garden is in memory of Alex Anderton who we sadly lost three years ago, but would have celebrated his tenth birthday on 26th February. Our thoughts are with Alex's family.
